REQUIREMENTS FOR PURCHASING ONE OF OUR AMAZING BULLMASTIFFS
Before purchasing a puppy please consider adopting a rescue bullmastiff. Please check out our rescue page or The American Bullmastiff Association.
Bullmastiffs are meant to be your best companion, a family member. We require that all of our puppies/adult bullmastiffs be kept primarily indoors. If they are to spend time outside they must be kept safe in a secure fenced backyard that must have available shade at all times of the day.
This is a WORKING BREED and I require that your puppy attend socialisation and obedience classes.
Your puppy/adult bullmastiff must be keep up to date on all vaccine and health checks. Always feed a premium dog food with no corn in it. Keep them on Nu Vet Vitamins.
All companion puppies are required to be spayed/neutered at the age of one year old. The puppy will be placed on a limited AKC registration. AKC registration papers will be given after I receive written documentation from your vet.
A show puppy will come with a full AKC registration and the puppy is to be shown. I do NOT sell puppies or adult bullmastiffs for breeders only.
To ensure that all of the requirements are met and understood we have every puppy or adult bullmastiff buyer sign a contract agreement.
Every Mosseyoak puppy comes with a special puppy pack. It includes breed information, health certificate and a blanket. Plus a lifetime support from us. We are committed to helping each puppy and their owners have a lifetime of love and happiness together.
Your puppy will come with a puppy pack with lots of wonderful articles about the breed. They will be all up to date on all their vaccines and worming. Also a lifetime of support from me.
Each puppy we bring into this world is considered our responsibility and part of our family for life. If for any reason you are unable to keep him/her, he/she must come back here to us. They are not to be placed in a adoption center or a shelter of any kind.
I take breeding very seriously. I don't breed just to breed. Please really do your research and ask many questions to the breeder you are thinking about getting a puppy from. There are many backyard breeders in California. They do not do what is right for this breed. They do it just for profit. If you are wanting to know who the reputable breeders are please email me.
There is a $300.00 non refundable deposit required to hold a puppy. Buying a puppy is a huge responsibility so please make sure you are completely ready for your new bundle of love. Note: As the breeder I am able to change the amount of the deposit at any time even though it states different on the website. This is done due to price of puppy or expenses. The deposit is still non refundable.
